During this concert series, Krashna Musika will perform two major works: Gustav Mahler's First Symphony and Giacomo Puccini's Messa di Gloria. Although composed around the same time, these works contrast sharply in style and character. Mahler's complex late-Romantic First Symphony is contrasting with Puccini's opera-inspired mass. These promise to be unique concerts!
